This dryer is equipped with COOPER HEAT EXCHANGER, EXHAUSTED AIR HEAT RECOVERY DEVICE, and CONDENSATE WATER HEAT RECOVERY DEVICE. These three parts maximizes the usage of heat and greatly improve the drying efficiency and saves 30%-50% energy after testing.
Thanks to the heat recovery devices, the exhausted air has low temperature. Meanwhile, after going through the heat exchanger, and the hot condensate water, the steam will become hot water and be drained out of the dryer. If connect the drain pipes of all dryers to a water tank, the operator can get much hot water. The water can be reused to heat the water in the washing machines.
Considering the high drying efficiency, energy saving and fast drying, this dryer has become the most popular machine for most of the big garment factories’ laundry plants and denim laundry plants.
